At Thrivin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the gear remains in sellable condition for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
